Behind every high-performance corrugated shipper, razor-sharp V-groove presentation box, and 100% repulpable retail carton is 16 years of Jinjiang converting heritage, 35,000 m² of modern industrial infrastructure, and a team dedicated to eliminating packaging failures before they happen.
Naike Industrial was established in 2008 in Jinjiang, Fujian—one of China’s most dynamic manufacturing and export epicenters. What began as a dedicated packaging and commercial print workshop has evolved over sixteen years into an integrated packaging engineering and manufacturing enterprise serving leading consumer electronics, cosmetics, luxury goods, and cross-border e-commerce brands worldwide.
Unlike conventional trading agents or brokers who outsource conversion to disjointed sub-contractors, Naike owns and operates full-stack production lines: from ArtiosCAD structural design, automated Kongsberg CNC sampling, and Heidelberg Speedmaster offset printing, to heavy-duty Bobst die-cutting, V-grooving, and certified material testing.
We believe overseas buyers deserve complete visibility into where and how their packaging is made. No stock 3D renders masquerading as workshops—here is our actual daily converting floor.
How sixteen years of relentless structural optimization shaped our factory into an export leader.
Established initial operations focusing on corrugated outer shippers and consumer retail folding cartons for local manufacturing exporters in Fujian.
Invested in automatic 90-degree V-grooving lines and automatic rigid box wrapping machinery to serve expanding premium electronics, watch, and spirits clients.
Achieved FSC-C158941 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. Instituted our dedicated 12-hour CAD dieline engineering service for North American and European brand owners.
Preempting EU PPWR packaging directives, developed water-based recyclable dispersion barrier coatings that eliminate non-recyclable PE plastic films without sacrificing oil and water resistance.
Integrated proprietary CBM container calculation tools, 3D parametric unboxing simulations, and real-time ISTA 3A laboratory stress validation for over 5,000 global brand partners.
“In high-volume paper packaging, quality is not a cosmetic final check—it is a mathematical discipline decided at the dieline drawing desk and confirmed in the laboratory. When a container traverses the ocean, high humidity and transit vibrations will ruthlessly expose every flaw in paperboard caliper, adhesive open time, and flute geometry. At Naike, we engineer boxes so that the 50,000th unit arriving in Rotterdam or Long Beach performs with the exact same structural integrity as the prototype you approved in your office.”
Whether you need a custom structural dieline, a physical pre-production sample kit, or a comprehensive ocean container CBM optimization audit, our engineering team responds within 12 hours.
